Client Confidentiality

Discretion is part of how we work. Some of our most important work is never shown publicly — and that is by design.

A core principle

Confidentiality is fundamental to the way PlatypAI operates. The trust our clients place in us — often with sensitive strategy, unreleased products and market-moving launches — is something we protect without exception.

02

Work you will never see

Many of our projects cannot be displayed publicly. Some portfolio work is intentionally omitted, and certain clients are never named. The absence of a project from our public work is a feature of our discretion, not a measure of its scale or success.

03

How we protect information

  • Confidential information is never shared outside the engagement.
  • Non-disclosure agreements are strictly respected.
  • Internal strategic materials remain confidential.
  • Access to sensitive work is limited to those who need it.
04

Discretion as a standard

For our clients, confidentiality is not a restriction — it is a guarantee. It is what allows us to do our most ambitious work, quietly, alongside the people who trust us with it.

Working on something you can’t talk about yet? That’s exactly our comfort zone — arpan@platypai.one.
